Lake Fannin  Park is located in Northern Fannin County in North East Texas.

LAKE FANNIN LODGE CLEAN-UP REQUIREMENTS

A $150 deposit is required to use the lodge.  This deposit will be returned if the following requirements are fulfilled by the people contracted to use the lodge.  Should any or all of the clean-up requirements not be done after inspection by a board member host of Lake Fannin Volunteers, or a designated proxy of the board, the deposit will not be returned.  This checklist must be completed and signed by the designated Lake Fannin board member, and returned to the reservationist in order to receive the deposit.

o       Sweep all floors in the bathrooms, main lodge area, and the kitchen.

o       Remove and bag all trash from bathrooms, lodge, kitchen and patio and place it in dumpster.

o       Mop any spillage on the floors in the building. 

o       Pick up and place any cigarette butts into designated cans outside the lodge.

o       Wipe off all tables that are used for event.

o       Place chairs and tables neatly on rack and against wall as found.

o       Pick up all trash, cans, bottles, and food from the outside areas around the lodge and place in dumpster.

o       If fireplaces are used, make sure screens are used at all times, sweep all fireplace areas after use of lodge, and carefully screen any remaining fires.  Do not cut wood inside lodge area.

o       Do not start open fires on the grounds outside the lodge building, nor dump ashes from fireplaces on grounds.
